Everything that you’re drawn to — the music you like, the shades, tones, and pallets of color, all have something to say about the essence of you. Because we are drawn to what resonates with - and essentially what is us. This episode speaks to the uniqueness of each person’s essence and how to think about and tap into it. Because when we share the essence of who we are, we realize more potency, more joy, and a more beautiful collective expression that is made exponential by our authenticity and the powerful energy at the heart of you.
I’m excited to be sharing this episode and even more excited to start sharing the interviews with some incredible and inspired humans sharing their essential selves in the coming weeks ahead. Why do this? We learn through transmission and I want everyone to get to feel and receive the gifts of the incredible people I’ve been blessed to interview because:

Each of the people I’ve interviewed has done an incredible amount of their own work to understand, embrace, and liberate, their essence, and in experiencing that, we learn how we might do this for ourselves.
